Okaloosa-Walton Child Care Services, Inc. (OWCCS) is a private non-profit organization delivering services and funding assistance to families and child care programs in Okaloosa and Walton counties. Through funding from the Early Learning Coalition of Okaloosa and Walton Counties, OWCCS assists more than 4,000 children attending child care and Voluntary Prekindergarten programs. In addition, OWCCS also provides Child Care Resource and Referral services to the public concerning information reguarding all legally operating child care in Okaloosa and Walton counties. Through funding from the Department of Children and Families, OWCCS provides mandated child care provider training in Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, and Walton counties. OWCCS has been in business for more than 38 years and is an United Way sponsored organization.

The CEO is responsible for the overall administration and supervision of all agency services, programs, contracts and funding sources.
