The Walton County Office is located at 1184-C Circle Drive,Defuniak Springs, FL 32435 850-892-8560. The Walton County Team offers many services to the community, from resource and referral to educational support. Parent Services Specialists are available to assist parents with child care referrals, VPK eligibility, and consumer information regarding child care.
The Walton County office also has an on-site resource library for providers, caregivers, and the general public. Located in the library are books, magazines, toys, and videos on many different subjects in child care. Early Childhood program support is also available in Walton County. Services include support visits to home child care providers and child care centers, review of the child care providers curriculum and best practices.
