Okaloosa Walton Association for Young Children O.W.A.Y.C. is our local early childhood association that is an affiliate of the state, southern regional and national associations. Purpose of O.W.A.Y.C. is to serve and to act on behalf of the needs, rights, and well-being of all young children, and their families, in Okaloosa and Walton counties with special emphasis on developmental and educational services and resources. We seek to foster the growth and development of the membership in their work with and on behalf of young children. Benefits of Membership
When you join OWAYC you become a member of the following associations and receive all the benefits of the state association (Early Childhood Association of Florida), the regional association (Southern Early Childhood Association) and the national association ( National Association for the Education of Young Children).
